IDC Communications, in their efforts to be responsive to our clients needs, are now offering a remote service platform. This allows us to train, configure, and assist in the administration of your telephone system from our desktop, without creating an onsite service call. This system has the following characteristics.

  • It is totally secure
  • It doesn't require firewall modification
  • You, the customer can observe all activity
  • It has to be initiated by you, the customer, and leaves no services running without your knowledge.

So you can be confident that we can assist you quickly, efficiently, and securely.
In order for it to work, please contact your IDC training rep to initiate the session via telephone, prior to engaging.
