LoadTrakThe LoadTrak™ solution is an end-to-end hosted service that provides vehicle tracking and messaging capabilities to the transportation industry across North America. LoadTrak solutions use Global Positioning System technology and the Internet to provide complete and reliable vehicle status updates. Our service options allow you to stay in contact with your fleet in two ways:

Text Messaging

LoadTrak text messaging allows your dispatcher and driver to communicate via two-way text messaging all across North America. We offer the value of: unlimited access to send text messages between vehicles and dispatchers, extremely fast message delivery, and the ability to recognize when a message has been received and read.

Vehicle Status Updates

LoadTrak vehicle status updates provide you with the ability to view fleet information, including current vehicle position and status reports, on detailed North American maps. We offer you the flexibility of: ability to receive GPS information on individual vehicles on demand including speed, direction, text position, longitude, and latitude, hourly scheduled position reports that display current GPS position information on a North American map, unlimited manual poll capacity to determine GPS information on demand and, updates ranging from every 10 minutes to every 60 minutes.


LoadTrak Data Centre

Access to the LoadTrak Data Centre is provided free of charge. The Data Centre information adds value by providing a complete record of not only where a vehicle is, but also where it was. This information will be invaluable for you and your customers. The LoadTrak Data Centre features: access to historical data dating back as far as six months, self-serve options, and fleet or individual vehicle information including:
  • historical position
  • last location
  • out of service
LoadTrak™ solutions provide a number of service options for you.

LoadTrak Satellite Service

This option includes:

Text messaging including: unlimited access for sending text messages between vehicles and dispatchers. Vehicle status updates including: hourly scheduled position reports that display the current GPS position information on a North American map, unlimited manual poll capability to determine GPS information on demand, and ability to receive GPS information on individual vehicles on demand including speed, direction, text position, longitude, and latitude. Access to the LoadTrak Reporting Centre


LoadTrak Lite Service

LoadTrak Lite Service offers you access to all functionality included with LoadTrak Satellite Service with the exception of messaging capabilities.


LoadTrak Terrestrial Service

This option includes hourly scheduled position reports that display the current GPS position information on a North American map, unlimited manual poll capability to determine GPS information on demand, ability to receive GPS information on individual vehicles on demand including speed, direction, text position, longitude, latitude, optional text messaging, and access to the LoadTrak Reporting Centre.

Because all LoadTrak solutions are web-based, our customers access their fleet information through the LoadTrak website. Simply access the LoadTrak website, enter your username and password, and all your fleet management data is accessible.

EMS PDT 100 (LoadTrak Satellite Communicator)

Wescor RDT-800 (LoadTrak Satellite Messaging Terminal)
